FAIRE-AFFAIRE is a site serving both real estate agents and anyone who has, on an ad hoc and non-professional basis, information on a property that one of the members of their environment would like to sell.
The objective of Faire-Affaire
The objective of FAIRE-AFFAIRE is twofold:
1/ allow real estate agents that we have selected to have mandates that they would not otherwise have been able to have.
2/ offer the person who provides the information to be paid for their participation in the sale which took place thanks to them.
This is how, upon receipt of such information, FAIRE-AFFAIRE will entrust the management of this sale to the real estate agent that FAIRE-AFFAIRE will judge to be the most competent and efficient depending on the location where the property is located, among those that the site has selected.
Follow-up of Faire-Affaire
FAIRE-AFFAIRE will follow the progress of the file
To do this, FAIRE-AFFAIRE will conclude a business provider agreement with the person who transmitted the information, then will have the seller sign a sales mandate and will entrust the management of this mandate to the agent that FAIRE-AFFAIRE has designated.
Once the sale has been completed, the real estate agent will invoice the fees linked to this operation and will distribute them between him, the seller, and the FAIRE-AFFAIRE site according to the terms of the initial agreement.
